dash.csv Terms of Use

1. What you're buying

dash.csv is a subscription. You pay $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year, charged when you subscribe and again at each renewal until you cancel. The subscription gives you unlimited dashboards, unlimited file uploads and updates, and 1,000 credits a month to ask questions about your data. Credits reset on your billing date and do not carry over. You can buy a reload pack of 500 credits for $4.99 at any time. Reload credits never expire while you have an account.

If your subscription lapses, your dashboards stay on your device and you can see them, but you cannot open them, upload new files, or ask questions until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.

2. Your file and your numbers

Your files stay on your device. dash.csv reads them, computes every number on your phone, and never uploads the rows. You own your data. We claim no rights to it.

dash.csv is a tool, not an advisor. Numbers can be wrong when a file is malformed, a column is matched incorrectly, or you ask a question the data cannot answer. Check anything that matters before you act on it. We are not liable for decisions you make based on what the app shows.

3. Billing and refunds

If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google handles your payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds under their terms. Manage it in your phone's subscription settings. If you subscribe on our website, RevenueCat and Stripe handle your payment, and you manage it from the link in your receipt email or from the Account screen in the app. Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.

Prices may change. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.

4. Fair use

One account per person. Do not share your sign-in link. Do not use scripts or automation to upload files or ask questions. Do not upload data you do not have the right to use, or data that is illegal to hold. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. If we do, we will tell you why.

5. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Questions go to hello@dashcsv.com. dash.csv is run by Josh Estrada. These terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire, and disputes are handled in Rockingham County, New Hampshire.
